Cine spune când e destul?

Astăzi, când am aflat vestea despre întoarcerea copiilor familiei Bodnariu acasă, primul gând care mi-a trecut prin cap a fost cam aşa: „oare când vor învăţa copii Mei minte că pentru credincios nu există o armă mai puternică decât rugăciunea?” E limpede că n-a fost gândul meu…

Şi mi-am amintit aproape instantaneu un cântec al celor de la Gaither Vocal Band. Poate că vi se va părea un cântec prea… zglobiu. Dar cum să fii altfel când îţi saltă inima de bucurie!

Iar pentru cei care sunt capabili să gândească dincolo de amvoane, versete, lozinci şi slogane, am ataşat şi textul. Cu adevărat, atunci e destul când spune Isus!

Jesus said „It’s enough” and it went away.

When Jesus speaks peace to my situation
All my sorrows have to flee
I know He is aware and He really cares
About all that pertains to me.
I’ve had my share of troubles and trials
Sometimes the going gets rough.
But when Jesus says „It’s enough”, it’ll be enough.

The lame man lay by the pool of Bethesda
With no one to help him in.
So when Jesus came along, how could that man know
He’d met life’s truest friend.
The Master said „Son, would you be made whole?”
And it wasn’t just idle talk
Jesus said „It’s enough” and he leaped and walked.

Sunt multe lucruri de învăţat din situaţia aceasta… Eu, de exemplu, am învăţat că şi „înjurăturile” fraţilor te pot convinge să faci ceea ce te încredinţează Domnul că e bine…

Şi… ce bine ar fi ca mai mult decât ceea ce vrem noi să învăţăm, să învăţăm ce vrea Domnul !
